Welcome
We are a community of lay men and women following the Carmelite tradition of contemplative prayer and service, inspired by the life and writings of St. John of the Cross. Guided by the spirit of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we seek to grow in the interior life and in the love of God through silence, simplicity, and fraternity.
